Top 5 Attractions for Teenagers in Walt Disney World

Hello Mouseteens!  For my first post I wanted to share with you guys my 5 must do attractions in Walt Disney World.  For some teens, attractions are the only reason for going to Disney World.  There are so many more attractions that I always do, but these 5 are always the first to come to mind.

Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Disney’s Hollywood Studios

What teenager doesn’t love being dropped 130 feet at a speed faster than gravity?  There is no telling how many times you will fall to your doom during your ride as the computer mixes it up every single time!

Expedition Everest, Disney’s Animal Kingdom

This attraction goes backwards people, and there is a Yeti! Love at first sight? I think so!  Expedition Everest is the tallest attraction in Walt Disney World coming in at 199.5 feet, beating Tower of Terror by 6 inches.  The biggest drop does not come near Tower of Terror, but did I mention, it goes backwards?

The Yeti is also the most complex audio animatronic Disney has developed to date.

Rock N Roller Coaster, Disney’s Hollywood Studios

My favorite attraction that also probably tops some of your lists.  0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds and in case you didn’t know you will hit 5 G’s.  If that isn’t enough, each seat has 5 speakers that blast Aerosmith music for the entire ride!

Test Track, Epcot

One of the biggest competitions my brothers and I have; who can build the best car.  Test Track puts you and your car through 4 tests: Capability, Efficiency, Responsiveness, and Power. The power test is probably the best one because it takes you around the exterior of the building at 65 miles per hour!

Soarin’, Epcot

Is it a bird? A plane? Nope, it’s a hang glider! If you visit Epcot, Soarin’ is a must do attraction.  If you don’t have a Fastpass+ reservation don’t worry because the standby line has games for groups to compete to help pass the time. I would however, definitely recommend Fastpass!

In your boarding area remember to listen for when the flight attendant says Flight 5505.  This is a reference to the day Soarin’ opened, May 5, 2005.

I hope everyone enjoyed my Top 5 and now I want to see your Top 5 attractions in the comments below!

If you enjoyed this post we would love for you to share it via social media. Thanks so much!
